At 16th May 2009, we had a small gathering of Scrum (~60 people). Participants come from companies of many different business, including subcontracting service, telecommunication, CAD supporting, subway system design and so on.
Perficient hosted this event, the place is their office at "3F, Building E, Eastcom Building, No.66 Eastcom Road, Binjiang District, Hangzhou".
After registration, Perficient provided T-shirt, and UPerform provided planning poker. T-shirt quality is good!
The event was hold as planned sessions in the morning, and discussions in the afternoon (timeboxed, close to but not open space). Some conversations just happened accidentally, people sit together having a rest, then it started 🙂
Almost all materials of planned sessions were put onto slideshare, links could be found from event wiki <scrumchina2009@wiki>. However to be honest, IMHO, some definitions of terms / practices (e.g. DONE, story point) behind those materials are different from mine, at least I’d recommended to make it clear before refer ideas from the material.
And there are plenty of high quality pictures "offcially" (taken by Perficient people, using Canon or other prefessional camera) at Picasa <2009 Scrum Master Forum Hangzhou>.
